  • Is the entire car reservation process online?
    Yes! We believe that you should not have to waste time on a counter signing documents. Here at JL Rental, you may reserve your car, sign, and pay all online - and most importantly, it's secure.
  • Where is the pick up and drop-off?
    Pick up and drop off is in the property that you reserve through Airbnb with us.
  • How I get to the vehicle location?

  • Do you offer Shuttle Service?
    At the moment we don’t offer shuttle service.
  • Can I use my own car insurance for the car rental?
    The short answer is yes. Check your auto insurance policy, or contact your car insurance provider to see what type of coverage for rental cars may already be included in your personal auto insurance policy. If you decide to rent a car from us without car insurance, you are responsible for any damages to the vehicle and a $500.00 security deposit will be charge. Rental insurance is strongly advised. IMPORTANT TO KNOW If you are using your own insurance and you have an additional driver, both driver have to be register in insurance policy that you will use. If not, you have to take our insurance. Not negotiable.
  • Can I use my credit card rental car insurance for the car rental?
    The short answer is yes. Contact your credit car company to see what type of coverage for rental cars may already be included in your credit card plan and request a letter with that information so you can send it to us as a prove. If you decide to rent a car from us without car insurance, you are responsible for any damages to the vehicle and a $500.00 security deposit will be charge. Rental insurance is strongly advised.   • When I receive my deposit back?
    The security deposit with be refunded the same day you return the vehicle. But you will see it in your account around 5-7 business day, depend of you bank.
  • There’s any additional charge for under age drivers?
    The short answer is NO. But is important that the young driver have minimum 21 years old and have a valid driver license.
  • There’s any additional charge for a additional driver?
    The answer is NO.
  • The miles are unlimited?
    The answer is YES!
